Abstract:
To provide a suction holding mechanism that holds platelike members reliably by suction and also exerts an optimal suction holding function depending on the shape and the like of platelike members.
Blocks B are each mounted with two suction holding units Q while blocks A are each mounted with four suction holding units Q so that even a short printed circuit board Pa is held by suction reliably by the suction holding units Q on the blocks A. A long printed circuit board Pb is, on the other, held by suction reliably by the suction holding units Q on both the blocks A and B.
