PURPOSE: To surely perform lead-out of a yarn end even if a bobbin is provided with uneven length, by lifting yarn through action of a lifting rail and approximating a top part of the bobbin to a yarn guide plate.
CONSTITUTION: Under a condition such that yarn in a yarn receiving sleeve hole 13 is already discharged to a side of a peg 3, and yarns 21W23 are fed and stored in sleeve holes 17W19, then lead-out of the yarn 23 is completed by action of a suction lead-out device 24, thus the device 23 occupies a standby position toward a yarn discharge position, a magazine 12 is rotated by an angle of 60°, and the sleeve holes 17W19 are turned to the direction of an arrow head B in a condition stored with the yarns 21W23. During this time, a yarn guide plate 37 is turned clockwise to a position covered by bobbin top parts 38, 39 of the yarns 21, 23, simultaneously, a lifting cam 35 is lifted in the direction of an arrow head A, also a lifting rail 25 is lifted to lift the yarn 21, 22, and the bobbin top parts 38, 39 are approximated to an internal top of the yarn guide plate 37 to perform lead-out of the yarns 21, 22.
