A screw is formed at the lower section of a cylinder chamber 13a, and it is screwed to the upper end section of an airtight tube 10. A packing 1 5 is provided between a flange 10b protruded on the airtight tube 10 and the lower end face of a cylinder 13, and the airtightness of the inside 10a of the airtight tube 10 and the cylinder chamber 13a is secured. When a beam therapeutic unit 2 is to be extracted from a hood 1a, a button 9 is pushed from above, a valve 16 is moved downward in the cylinder chamber 13a, a vent path 14 is opened, and the atmospheric air is guided to the inside 3a of a sucker 3 through the expansion gap between the vent path 14 and a valve rod 16a. The inner/outer pressure difference of the sucker 3 disappears, and the beam therapeutic unit 2 can be extracted from the hood 1a.
