To allow sucking even when a sucking portion has a hole, burr, recess or projection, rough surface, and to position a pad based on the hole in the sucking portion, by constituting the sucking pad for conveying with a seal rubber for preventing vacuum leakage and a guide/fixing screw for positioning it based on the hole.

The opening screw 6 of a holder 1 is screwed and fixed by a lock nut 5 via a washer 4. A seal rubber 7 and a washer 8 are fixed to a female screw provided on this opening screw 6 with a guide/fixing screw 9. In this constitution, an opening between a sucking rubber 3 and the seal rubber 7 is evacuated from an air passage 2a through an opening between the opening screw 6 and the female screw corresponding to the holder 1. As a result, the seal rubber 7 can seal a hole portion and prevent air leakage caused by a burr, recess or a projection, rough surface on the hole cross section. The guide/ fixing screw can position the pad based on this hole.
