To mount and dismount an elastic suction pad easily by attaching a leg seat for suction which deforms and sucks an elastic suction pad in such a manner that a low pressure space is formed between the elastic suction pad and a plane by the operation of an operation rod at both ends of a handle in such a manner that it can turn freely.
Leg seats 2, 3 for suction are attached at both ends of a handle 1 of a suction type suction tool A in such a manner that they can turn freely. The leg seat 2 for suction is attached on the handle 1 in such a manner that it can turn freely by providing a pedestal 7 provided with a cylindrical hanging wall 6 at its periphery on an elastic suction pad 4 through a spacer 5 and fitting a shaft of a portal nip part 11 formed at one end of the handle 1 into a bearing hole provided on a wall 9 on both sides of a bearing frame 8 erected on the pedestal 7. Moreover, the leg seat 3 for suction is constituted in the same way as the leg seat 2 for suction except that it is attached on the handle 1 through a cover frame 23 in such a manner that it can turn freely in all the directions. When a grip part 22 of an operation rod 18 is turned and falls sideways, a connection shaft 13 slides upward, a central part of the elastic suction pad 4 is deformed, and a low pressure space is formed between the elastic suction pad 4 and a plane so that the elastic suction pad 4 is sucked on the plane.
