PURPOSE: To prevent flashing due to fire for extracting welding of compressor oil in a suction pipe beforehand when the suction pipe which is connected with a compressor is cut off by means of gas welding or the like.
CONSTITUTION: A pinch pipe 10 with a pinch part 11 which is formed by flatly- pressing the edge part of a pipe material to a horizontal disposure part 7 disposed lower than a suction port 5 of a suction pipe whose one edge is connected with the suction port 5 of a compressor 2 is provided. Besides, when the piping joint part 8 of the suction pipe 6 is cut off by means of gas welding or the like, the upper part of the pinch part 11 is cut off with a pipe cutter or the like to extract compressor oil in the suction pipe 6. Then the piping joint part 8 is cut off by means of gas welding or the like.
