This suction pipe includes: a pipe body 2 provided with an inlet 11 on one side of a straight suction path 16, and an outlet 13 on the other side; an atmosphere introducing pipe 3 forming an atmosphere introducing path 20 which has one end connecting to an atmosphere opening port 17, and the other end interconnecting with the outlet 13 side of the inlet 11; and a choke part 21 provided at a portion facing the outlet 13 side of the inlet 11 on the other end side of the atmosphere introducing path 20. When the inlet 11 is clogged with a sucked-in object 10, air introduced from the atmosphere opening port 17 via the atmosphere introducing path 20 overcomes air resistance of the choke part 21, and a large amount of air is introduced into the inlet 11 side. The clogged sucked-in object 10 is successively peeled by the air, and is expelled to the outlet 13 side, so that the clogging of the inlet 11 due to the sucked-in object 10 can be solved.
