PURPOSE: To securely and integrally rotate a brush base and a cylindrical body with a simple constitution, and also to easily remove dust that has been caught by integrally turning the brush base and the cylindrical body that is turnable and detachable to the brush base via brush bristles by the rotation of a rotation transmitting body.

CONSTITUTION: At the time of cleaning, a rotary brush 19 (not shown) consisting of a brush base 27 and a cylindrical cover body 28 is turned by a driving source, then the brush bristles 29 projected from the through holes 34 of the cover body raise dust. At that time, a rotation transmitting body 2 (not shown) provided on either one side is turned by the driving source, and the driving force is transmitted to the other side by the pressure-contact between the brush bristles 29 and the inner peripheries of the through holes 34, so that the brush base 27 and the cover body 28 are integrally turned. When the dust caught by the brush bristles is to be removed, the rotary brush 19 is taken out from the body, and the brush base 27 and the cover body 28 are relatively turned, then the projected brush bristles 29 intrude inside the cover body 28 through the through holes 34, so that the dust caught between the brush bristles 29 can be removed, and also the dust adhered to the bristles 29 is rubbed against the edges of the through holes 34 and is removed.
