Abstract:
PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a suction port main body for a vacuum cleaner which can be used in common for a suction port body for cleaning a floor surface and a suction port body for cleaning bedclothes and can efficiently cool electrical components incorporated in the suction port main body.SOLUTION: A suction port main body for a vacuum cleaner comprises a suction port main body with a suction port to which a plurality of attachment units for cleaning can be selectively attached, and a motor which drives a rotating cleaning member provided in a housing of the suction port main body. The housing includes a motor housing compartment for housing the motor, an intake hole through which outside air can be sucked into the motor housing compartment, and an exhaust hole through which air passed through the motor housing compartment can be exhausted to the suction port side.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 4
