To provide a suction tool having good operability whose moving direction is controlled easily an which is operated easily in either direction of the long and short edges of the suction tool and prevented from being fitted closely to a wall.
A suction tool body 10 has a suction port 13 opened at its lower surface and has a rotary brush 15 with a brush body 14 abutting on a floor surface arranged so as to base this port 3. A connection part 11 arranged in rear of the tool body 10 is freely rotatably in the directions of the long and short edges of the tool body 10. Then, the moving direction of the suction tool 9 can easily be controlled and the tool 9 can be operated easily in either direction of the long and short edges of the suction tool 9. By arranging a raised cloth 20 projecting from the front surface of the tool body 10, the suction tool 9 having good operability is prevented from being fitted closely to the wall.
