The crusher can crush mowed grass by smoothly moving it toward peripheral fixed edges 6 and can produce a sufficient air exhaustion force because the tips of rotary edges 5 that crush the mowed grass in cooperation with the peripheral fixed edges 6 are slanted toward the front in relation to the rotation direction so that even when soft long mowed grass is caught by the base ends of the rotary edges 5, the caught grass can be allowed to escape toward the rear in relation to the rotation direction by the help of the slant toward the rear in relation to the rotation direction of the base ends to prevent the mowed grass from being deposited on the base ends of the rotary edges 5.
