PURPOSE: To improve a suds-controlling function by preparing a composition containing a specific liquid branched polyhydrocarbyl siloxane material, a silicone antifoam and a polyorganosiloxane-polyoxyalkylene copolymer.
CONSTITUTION: A composition which is liquid at 25°C is obtained by dispersing, into an aqueous surfactant solution, 100 parts by weight of (A) 98-80 wt.% of a liquid branched polyhydrocarbyl siloxane material having at most 2 mol.% branching, at least 50% of all the existing units of R2-Si-O2/2 (wherein R is a not more than 24C hydrocarbon group), at least 2 units of R-Si-O3/2 or Si-O4/2 and remaining units of R'a-Si-O(4-a) (wherein R' is R, H or a hydrogen group; and a is 0-3) and (B) 2-20 wt.% of a silicone antifoam comprising a finely divided hydrophobic filler, and 75-900 parts by weight of (C) a polyorganosiloxane-polyoxyalkylene copolymer which is not completely soluble in the component A nor the aqueous surfactant solution.
