To provide useful therapeutics for keratoconjunctive diseases.SOLUTION: Disclosed herein is a sugar chain-polypeptide conjugate, where the polypeptide comprises: (A) a peptide moiety comprising an amino acid sequence in which polar amino acid residues and non-polar amino acid residues are disposed alternately; (B) one or more amino acid residues to which a sugar chain can be attached; and (C) one or more amino acid residues containing selenium, where the sugar chain is linked to the amino acid residue of (B).SELECTED DRAWING: None
