Abstract:

To produce a beverage having good taste and high nutritive value: vinegar, wine or juice, as a means for directly ingesting sufficient nutrition of cane juice.

Sugarcane yeast is obtained by reaping and adjusting cane and standing for several or dozens of days at a reaped place or preserving at a specially installed storehouse to promote adhesion of microorganism making natural tastes and colors to be nice and selecting and harvesting the microorganism and proliferating the same to be the sugarcane yeast. The beverage, juice, wine and vinegar having good taste are produced by using action of the microorganism.
