To solve the problem that a traveller has to constantly watch with concern his or her suitcase by holding it with hand for example in a lack of reliable place to put luggage in because a traveling bag (suitcase) may inadvertently be moved by acceleration or a centrifugal force on a curve of a train or a bus when a traveller rides thereon during the travel.

A suitcase includes a rolling preventive stand. Normally the stand is retracted to avoid inconvenience in carrying. When the suitcase should not be moved, the rolling preventive stand is pulled out to stop the suitcase on the floor.
