Abstract:
PURPOSE: To provide a thermal transfer image-receiving sheet which allows visualization of an adequately thick and clear image which shows superior stability, especially outstanding light-fastness, finger print resistance and anti- plasticizer in a thermal transfer technique using sublimable dye.
CONSTITUTION: A thermal transfer image-receiving sheet consists of a dye- receiving layer provided at least, on one surface of a base sheet. In addition, the dye-receiving layer contains polyester resin, at least, either the diol component or acid component of which contains an alicyclic compound.
