Abstract:
PURPOSE: To provide a portable image display device having simple constitution.
CONSTITUTION: By depressing a housing button, etc., the rotary shaft of a housing motor 10 is rotated, and a linking screw 11 is rotated with the rotation of the rotation axis. Then, the screw 11 is rotated, a nut 12 attached to the screw 11 is tightened, and a 3rd shaft 16c starts to move toward the left in a slot 14a. Meanwhile, a 5th shaft 16e starts to move toward the left in the slot 15a. As a result, a liquid crystal panel stage 14, a light shielding plate 18 and an upper cover 19 housing a projection lens stage 15 start to descend. Finally, the liquid crystal panel stage 14, the light shielding plate 18 and the upper cover 19 are housed in the recessed part of a lower cover 17.
