Abstract:

To provide a novel family of sulfur-containing secondary p-phenylenediamine that can dye hair strongly, beautifully and uniformly in a variety of color tones and can maintain satisfactory resistances to the offensive factors that hair occasionally undergoes.

This invention relate to a novel family of sulfur-containing secondary p-phenylenediamine, to their use in hair dyeing, and to a dye composition for dyeing keratin fibers, in particularly human keratin fibers such as the hair, comprising, in a suitable dyeing medium, at least one sulfur-containing secondary p-phenylenediamine. This invention also relates to the processing this composition, to its use and to the multi-compartment device or dyeing "kit".
