To solve the problem in a conventional brake lever wherein the brake lever is mounted to a steering column disposed in the center of the front part of the body and thus cannot be operated from the side of the body.

The steering column 21 is disposed in the center of the front end of the body, a clutch pedal 61 and a brake pedal 65 are disposed on the sides of the steering column 21. A clutch lever 62 is fixed to the clutch pedal 61, the brake lever 66 is fixed to the brake pedal 65, the clutch lever 62 and the clutch pedal 61 are integrally turned, and the brake lever 66 and the brake pedal 65 are integrally turned. Each the clutch lever 62 and the brake lever 66 has a shape where the upper part is directed in the upward and outward direction of the body.
