Abstract:
PURPOSE:To easily find the attitude and azimuth of the sun with high accuracy by filing attitude data and azimuth data on the sun and using real sun time, found from the input value of a latitude setter and the input value of a calendar timer, as an index. CONSTITUTION:Date data is read out of the calendar timer 3 at previously set intervals of time. Then the data is converted into date data based upon the summer solstice and the mean time difference is read out of a mean time difference file which can be retrieved according to month data as an index. Then longitude data is read out of a longitude setter 2 and hour and minute data is read out of the timer 3. Then altitude data is read out of the altitude setter 1 and initial data of altitude and azimuth data and an increment at each time are retrieved in a sun altitude data and azimuth data file 6 by using the month data based upon the summer solstice and hour data at real sun time as indexes. Then increment data of current and next months are multiplied by the minute data at the real sun time and added to the respective initial data to calculate the altitude and azimuth of the sun in minute units.
