PURPOSE: To eliminate magnetic disturbance by arranging first and second members in parallel surfaces and matching the north edge of North - South axial line with the direction of the North Pole when the second member is directed toward the marking of 12 o'clock that matches with the direction of the sun.

CONSTITUTION: A flat plastic disk 14 has a first member 33 and a marking 12 that indicates time and is arranged counterclockwise at a circular ring part 13 with a space. A second member 14 has a small diameter and has an outer periphery 14' that is arranged adjacently to the inner edge of the part 13 of the member 33. A display means 16 of a compass symbol is directed so that its North Pole/South Pole axial line 17 matches a center axial line 18'. By matching a south part I 6' of the means 16 to the actual time of a day and directing a 12 o'clock marking 18 toward the sun, the north edge part of the means 16 indicates the direction of the North Pole. In this manner, the North Pole is displayed in relation with the position of the sun and the time of a day. The part 13 has a different shading or a colored part and hence a period of a day is indicated so that a human can easily obtain a feeling to determine time of a day's cycle.
