PURPOSE: To realize sun-drying capable of automatically uniform drying at inexpensive cost by allowing a mechanism for overturning a drying object to drive with the use of electromotive force generated by a solar cell.

CONSTITUTION: When a solar cell 11 receives sunlight, a belt drive motor 12 advances a conveyor belt 16 at 1-10m/hour. Foods 19 on the belt conveyor 16 are allowed to collide with an overturning baffle plate 17 by advancing the belt conveyor to overturn. An overturning mechanism is composed of the baffle plate 17, an end part partition plate 18, the conveyor belt 16, belt pulleys 14, 15 and the drive motor 12. Said overturning baffle plate 17 is made a slope- like one where a triangle column is laid for the shape of a glove such as a pickled 'ume', thereby effective overturning can be performed.
