PURPOSE: To rapidly ensure the visual range by recoiling a shade rapidly utilizing the winding force of a shade retractor when it is necessary to ensure the visual range.

CONSTITUTION: A clutch means 24 comprising a coil spring 25 and collar 26 disposed outside the spring 25 is interposed between a motor shaft 19 of a motor 17 and a pinion 21 which transmits driving forces of the motor 17 to a rack 11 of a shade guide means 8 which draws out the shade 4 rolled round a shade retractor 1 along the side of a window panel 5 on the side of a compartment for recoiling it. And a solenoid is provided to relax the coil, spring 25 by turning on a control switch thereby disengaging the clutch.
