Abstract:
PURPOSE: To reduce the size of a sun-shading tool of a riding-type transplanter while keeping sufficient sun-shading function and to obtain a sun-shading tool allowing a driver to freely stand in the replenishing of seedlings.
CONSTITUTION: A transplanting apparatus 17 is attached to the back of a riding- type traveling machine body via a lifting mechanism 13. In the riding-type transplanter having the above construction, the step floor 5 of the traveling machine body is attached around the driver's seat. The floor 5 has a height difference to raise the back side from the right and left sides of the driver's seat 10 and form a high step floor part on the back of the driver's seat. A sun-shading tool 35 covering the upper part of the driver's seat 10 is supported by a sun-shade supporting frame 33 rising upward from the right and left side of the front part of the machine body and extending backward keeping the height. The rear end of the sun-shading tool 35 is restricted to a position in front of the step floor part positioned at a higher position on the back of the driver's seat.
