The sun visor of the wearing-on-spectacle type is formed by punching the sun visor out of a sheet of a sheet material made of paper, etc., and both right and left ends of a main section 1 of the sun visor are provided with extensions 2 and 3. The respective light and left extensions 2 and 3 are cut and provided with a pair of front and rear cutting lines 14 and 15 for wearing on spectacles 16 through the right and left temples 4 and 5. The inner side edge of the main section 1 of the sun visor is provided with a pad 7 to the forehead of a wearing person used by being folded and erected through a folding line 6. The outer end edges of the extensions 2 and 3 are extended and provided with hooks 8 and 9 for holding the extensions 2 and 3 by being hooked to the left and right temples 4 and 5.
