An upper frame 3 has two light collecting prisms 33a, 33b, a transparent cover 31 which covers the prisms, rotational driving devices 34a, 34b which rotate the prisms, and a controller 35 which controls the rotational driving devices so as to rotate the prisms in a proper angle corresponding to the position of the sun, and a power supply such as a solar battery 36 which supplies electric power to the rotational driving device and the controller and a storage battery which accumulate electric power of the solar battery 36 are placed in the transparent cover 31. The automatic opening/closing device 4 has X-arms 41, 42 and an elevating motor 46, the motor 46 is supplied with electric power by the solar battery 36 by operation of a operating switch to rotate and swing the arms 41, 42 to move the upper frame 3 vertically.
