An arm supporting portion 44 is integrally formed on a bracket 4, and engaging teeth 44B are arranged at the arm supporting portion 44. Thus, an arm connecting member 14 can be supported by being engaged with the engaging teeth 44B even another member is not used, and the number of components can be reduced. Additionally, since the protrusion angle of an arm 10 can be set at a plurality of stages by changing a position to make the engaging teeth 44B engaged with teeth 14C to be engaged, a protrusion angle adjusting mechanism can be constituted of a simple structure. Consequently, since the number of the components for the sunshade device with the protrusion angle adjusting mechanism can be reduced, manufacturing cost can be reduced, an influence of a clearance between the components in the adjustment of the protrusion angle can be decreased, and a time and labor and necessary for the assembling of the sunshade device are reduced for the improvement of assembling characteristics.
