PURPOSE: To always prevent front and rear sunshades from making in close contact with each other by projecting an engaged part and a guide part farmed at the side of a front sunshade downward from the front sunshade to place the front sunshade on a rear sunshade.

CONSTITUTION: A guide part 34 is provided forward of an engaged part 7 at both the right and left sides of a front sunshade 5F. Also a push-down guide part 11 which is pushed down by an engaged part 7 and a guide part 34 due to backward movement of the front sunshade 5F when a rear sunshade 5R reaches at a storing part 9 is formed. The engaged part 7 and the guide part 34 are projected downward from the front sunshade 5F to form a clearance 35 between the overlapped front and rear sunshades 5F and 5R. Thus the front sunshade 5F can be placed on the rear sunshade 5R to always prevent the front and rear sunshades 5F and 5R from making in close contact with each other.
