A sunshade control part 12 determines whether a driver and/or a passenger is away from a vehicle or not according to detection signals of an ignition SW 1, a shift position sensor 2, a vehicle speed sensor 3, a seating sensor 4, a door opening detection sensor 5, a door locking and/or unlocking sensor 6, a window position detection sensor 7, and a vehicle interior temperature sensor 8. A sunshade driving motor 9 is controlled in driving so that the sunshade 10 is developed in determining that the driver and/or the passenger is away from the vehicle, and the sunshade 10 is retracted in determining that the driver and/or the passenger is not away from the vehicle.
