To provide a simple sunshade hat having light weight, excellent portability and high ventilation performance.

This sunshade hat is provided with a hat skeleton K composed of flexible band members 1, 7 made of a synthetic resin material and a hat main body T made of a sheet member detachably attachable to cover the hat skeleton K. The hat skeleton K has a ring-shaped head band member 1 and a vertical band member 1. The head band member 1 has a mechanism 2 to adjust the circumferential size of the band and is provided with horizontal, protrusions 4 each having a binding member 3 at opposite positions of the ring-shaped head band member 1. The vertical. band member 1 has vertical protrusions 6 having binding member 3 at a position perpendicular to the horizontal protrusion 4 of the head band member 1 and both ends of the vertical band members are vertically bonded to the head band member 1. The hat main body T has engaging mechanisms 13 to engage with the binding member 3 at positions corresponding to the protrusions 4, 6 and has a ventilation hole 11 at the top of the hat.
