A sunshade tool A has a quadrangular light shielding plate 1, a flexible shaft 3 having one end joined to one side of the light shielding plate 1 by a joining member 2 and a support 4 having gripping/holding parts 4a, 4a joined to the other end of the flexible shaft 3. The support 4 has plate bodies 41, 42 having a hinge part in a lengthwise directional intermediate part and a spring body 43 for energizing these plate bodies 41, 42 so that one end side approaches with the hinge part as a fulcrum, and one end side of the plate bodies 41, 42 is formed as the gripping/holding parts 4a, 4a for gripping/holding an installing object. A spring receiving part is arranged between the gripping/ holding parts 4a, 4a of the plate bodies 41, 42 and the hinge part, and elastic restoring force of the spring body 43 is imparted to the spring receiving part to be energized so that the gripping/holding parts 4a, 4a approach to each other with the hinge part as a fulcrum.
