To provide a sunshine shield device with which fixed members can be stably fixed into a frame.

The sunshine shield device includes a frame 1 formed of a bar having an opening, fixed the fixed members supported to be movable only in a longitudinal direction of the frame within the frame, and a fixing means attached to the fixed members and fixing the fixed members to the frame, wherein the fixing means includes an elastic press-contact member 24, a support portion formed at the fixed member to turnably support the press-contact member between a position where the fixed member is fixed and a position where the fixed member is released, and a pressure-contact force generating means 31 formed at the fixed member and bringing the press-contact member 24 into press-contact with an upper part inside the frame 1 at the fixed position.
