Abstract:
PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a super heat vapor treatment device for reducing heat influence around a reactor.SOLUTION: A super heat vapor treatment device 10 comprises a reactor 30 storing products to be processed, and a vapor generating part for supplying super heat vapor to the reactor 30. The reactor 30 comprises a main body 32 including an opening 33 through which a product to be processed can be fed into it and an opening peripheral edge part 34 positioned around the opening 33, and a lid 31 capable of closing the opening 33. At least one of the part corresponding to the opening peripheral edge part 34 of a surface at the opening peripheral edge part 34 of the lid 31 and a part corresponding to the lid 31 of the surface of the opening peripheral edge part 34 facing against the lid 31 is provided with a concavity 40 under a state in which the lid 31 closes the opening 33.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 4
