There is provided a super-heated vapor device 100 including a steam generation device, a heating device 30 generating super-heated vapor by heating steam, and a combustion chamber 10 in which a body to be heated is burnt with the super-heated vapor. In the combustion chamber 10, a spouting pipe 20 which spouts super-heated vapor is arranged, and the spouting pipe 20 includes a first pipe 20A inserted from one side of the combustion chamber 10 and a second pipe 20B inserted from the opposite side. In the combustion chamber 10, the first pipe 20A and second pipe 20B are arranged alternately. The heating device 30 is an electric heater, and an electric heater 30 is arranged in the first pipe 20A and second pipe 20B respectively.
