Abstract:

To provide a super precise super abrasive grain tool in which the abrasive grain diameter and projected amount of a super abrasive grain are uniform and a cutting edge tip surface is uniform.

The shape accuracy of a ring shape desired surface is advancely finished within 1.5μm and its surface roughness within 1.5μmRmax. A base metal 4 is inserted in a ring shape after the super abrasive grain 1 with a nearly uniform grain diameter is single-layer stuck by first/second different metal plating 2, etc., within the range of 0.5-1500μm of an average grain diameter on the finished surface and a die and the first metal plating are removed after the clearance between the outer periphery of the base metal 4 and the second metal plating 2 is combined by a combination material 3. The uniform cutting edge tip surface 16 is formed by finishing a removed surface thinly.
