Abstract:
PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To reduce the number of components and to stabilize operation by providing a quenching oscillation circuit, a resonance circuit, a low-pass filter and a means leading out the output of the low-pass filter as a demodulating output.
SOLUTION: A bias resistance R1 is connected in series between the collector and the base of a transistor Q and a coil L2, a resistance R2 are connected in series between the emitter and the ground of the transistor Q and a capacitor C5 is connected to the connecting point A and the base of the transistor. The coil L2, the resistance R2 and the capacitor C5 constitute a quenching circuit 1. The resonance circuit 2, consisting of a capacitor C3 and a coil L3, is connected. The collector of the transistor Q is connected to the power source line 3 of DC voltage Vcc, through a coil L1 and a resistance R3. The coil L1 constitutes a low-pass filter 4 with a capacitor C4. Then demodulated outputs obtained at two points are supplied to a succeeding circuit through a line 6.
