To provide a supercharger to drive a waste gate valve using a diaphragm cylinder, in which generation of noise from the waste gate valve in a case where the supercharger is operated is restricted.
This device comprises a passage 9A in which compression fluid compressed by a compressor 9 of the supercharger 1 flows, a fluid passage 41 connecting a cylinder housing 43 of a diaphragm cylinder 15 to a space SP1 formed by bellows 45, a chamber SP3 provided at an end part of the fluid passage 41 to accumulate fluid flowing in the fluid passage 41, a throttle valve 47 provided between the space SP1 and the chamber SP3, and a fluid discharge means 49 to intermittently discharge fluid from a middle part of the fluid passage 41.
