The turbine wheel 311 has a plurality of blades 316 arranged in its body part 317 and on its surface, and a pressure sensitive coating film 325 formed by applying pressure sensitive paint to a surface of the body part 317 and the blades 316. The turbine wheel 311 can rotate with a rotary shaft 311a as the rotational center by exhaust gas supplied by opening a plurality of vanes 115. An irradiator 101 irradiates to the turbine wheel 311 with the irradiating light such as an ultraviolet ray. The pressure sensitive coating film 325 emits fluorescence in response to the irradiating light. A sensor device 102 detects the fluorescence.
