Abstract:
To provide a superconducting coil assembly and a superconducting apparatus capable of improving uniformity of a magnetic field.SOLUTION: A superconducting coil assembly 10 includes a plurality of superconducting coils 1a to 1d arranged in a stacked manner. A ratio of an average of absolute values of differences between thicknesses T1 to T4 of a plurality of superconducting coils 1a to 1d and an average value Tav of thicknesses of the plurality of superconducting coils, (T1-Tav), (T2-Tav), (T3-Tav), and (T4-Tav), to the average value Tav of the thicknesses is 1% or less.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1
