Abstract:
PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To reduce heat invasion of a superconducting coil module.SOLUTION: There are provided: a coil unit comprising a superconducting coil 20 and an annular cooling module 30 that cools the superconducting coil; an outer tank 40 housing the coil unit; and a plurality of support parts 50, 60 supporting the coil unit by support members 51 to 54, 61, 62 only one end parts of which are fixed on an inner wall of the outer tank or an outside of the coil unit between the outer tank and the coil unit and the other end parts of which are extended outside the coil unit or to the side of the inner wall of the outer tank and are not fixed. The coil unit is supported while allowing heat shrinkage and the like by the support members of the support parts.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 4
