Abstract:
PURPOSE: To prevent the damage of a spool 11 and flanges 12, 13, 14 and 15, to apply compressive force uniformly on a superconducting winding 16 entirely, and to firmly fix the superconducting winding 16.
CONSTITUTION: A superconducting wiring 16 is divided in axial direction into a plurality of parts 16a to 16c by a plurality of movable flanges 13, 14 and 15, and pressure is applied to every divided part of the superconducting wiring 16 by the locking bolt 17 provided between the flanges 12, 13 and 14.
