Abstract:
PURPOSE: To provide a superconducting device which can supply a highly uniform magnetic field stably.
CONSTITUTION: This device is equipped with a superconducting coil 5, which is made by winding a superconducting lead wire, a superconducting switch pcs, which controls the current being let flow to this superconducting coil 5, and a connection 9, which connects the superconducting coil 5 with the superconducting switch pcs. The connection is provided so that the direction of the current flowing in the connection and the direction m of the magnetic field generated in the connection may be parallel.
