Abstract:
To prevent a current from locally concentrating, to realize stable high frequency transmission characteristics and to make current characteristics compatible with power characteristics, in a superconducting device.
The superconducting device includes a first dielectric substrate (11), a two-dimensional circuit type resonator pattern (12) formed of super-conducting materials on the first dielectric substrate, and a conductor pattern (17) which is located above the resonator pattern across, preferably, a dielectric substance (16) and generates coupling of desired bandwidth in the resonator pattern. It is preferable that the conductor pattern be circular or elliptical in shape.
