Abstract:
PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide the magnetizing method of a superconducting material which can be magnetized by a compact device even when a large-sized superconducting material is to be magnetized, and to provide a superconducting magnet device.
SOLUTION: This superconducting material magnetizing method is the method in which a superconducting material 10 is magnetized by applying a pulse magnetizing field, which is generated by a magnetizing coil 4, to the superconducting material 10 which is cooled to the temperature lower than a superconducting transition temperature Tc. The magnetizing coil 4 is arranged on one side or both sides of the magnetizing direction of the superconducting material 10, and the pulse magnetic field, generated by the magnetizing coil 4, is applied from the magnetization direction of the superconducting material 10.
