In the formula, R is at least one element of Sc, Y, La and lanthanide group; X is at least one element of IIa group; Z is at least one element of transition metal elements; D is at least one element of group VIa; A is at least one of B, C, N and F; r is about 1 or 0; x is 1.4W2.1; z is 2.4W3.2; δis 5.0W9.0; α is 0W0.5. Each component element may simultaneously contain two or more elements in each group.
