Abstract:
To provide a superconducting member joining circuit capable of effectively reducing the heat generation amount at the joint where superconducting members are joined together each of which superconducting tape wires are laminated with different lamination patterns.SOLUTION: The superconducting member joining circuit has a first superconducting member and a second superconducting member in which superconducting tape wires are laminated with different lamination patterns respectively and electrically joined to each other. The second superconducting member is connected to a step of the first superconducting member. Multiple laminated parts constituting the second superconducting member are formed on each stage surface of the stepped part, and the thickness of at least two is set so that their heights differ from each other.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 4
