Abstract:
To provide a superconducting motor capable of suppressing eddy current loss, and realizing weight saving.SOLUTION: A superconducting motor 100 is provided with: a rotatably supported rotor 1; and a stator 2 arranged radially outside the rotor 1. At least one of the rotor 1 and the stator 2 has a superconducting wire. The superconducting wire is stored in an inner casing 4 as a container. The inner casing 4 has: a metal layer 4a; an inner layer 4b which is arranged inside the metal layer 4a and constituted of CFRP; and an outer layer 4c which is arranged outside the metal layer 4a and constituted of the CFRP.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1
