Abstract:
PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a superconducting rotary machine in which AC loss of superconducting wire is small, and output efficiency is excellent.SOLUTION: In a superconducting rotary machine including an annular core member 80, and a coil 60 formed by winding a tape-like superconducting wire 64 composed of a superconducting material around the annular portion of the core member 80, the core member 80 is formed into an annular flat shape having an upper surface and a lower surface substantially parallel with each other. In the tape-like superconducting wire 64, an upper side portion 64a arranged on the upper surface side of the core member 80 and a lower side portion 64b arranged on the lower surface side are arranged so that the width direction is substantially parallel with the thickness direction (Z axis direction) of the core member 80.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 5
