Abstract:
PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a superconductive stabilization material capable of being manufactured with relatively simple manufacturing processes at low cost and having sufficiently high residual resistivity ratio (RRR), and a super conductive wire having the superconductive stabilization material.SOLUTION: There is provided a superconductive stabilization material used for a superconductive wire, consisting of a copper material containing one or more kinds of additional element selected from Ca, Sr, Ba, rare earth element (RE) in a range of total 3 mass.ppm to 400 mass.ppm and the balance Cu with inevitable impurities and having average crystal particle diameter of 10 μm or more. Total concentration of the inevitable impurities excluding O, H, C, N and S which are gas components is preferably 5 mass.ppm to 100 mass.ppm.SELECTED DRAWING: None
