Abstract:
PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a superconductive wire rod easy to be handled and having shield current and AC loss which are reduced.SOLUTION: A superconductive wire rod has a plurality of superconductive wire rod parts. Each of the plurality of superconductive wire rod parts includes a substrate having a first main surface and a second main surface in an opposite side of the first main surface, and a superconductive material layer arranged on the first main surface. The plurality of superconductive wire rod parts are laminated on each other along a second direction orthogonal to the first main surface. A ratio w/h of a width w of the superconductive wire rod to a height h of the superconductive wire rod at a cross section orthogonal to a longer direction of the superconductive wire rod is 0.7 or more and 3 or less.
